I visited the dermatology clinic with my dad. Very nice staff. Very informative. Answered all my questions. Nurses were nice as well as skilled. The doctor explained everything. Very impressed, but what has impressed me the most is there are no job openings! This is an employer of choice evidently. They have set the bar high.
Have had to have several procedures and tests in the last two weeks. All of the staff has been Friendly, Helpful, Empathic and very Caring. Especially the Nurses in the outpatient surgery. I have been to many different hospitals and clinics with family members for there procedures and have never seen a more professional and caring staff. The Lady in the MRI department made a very uncomfortable procedure as good as it can get. Many Thanks
Dr. Gjoni cares nothing of anyone but himself. He doesn't believe women can go into back labor. (Nor will he give anything for pain.) We told him we did not want to be induced. Gjoni said that he didn't believe in inducing. (LIE) He seperate us, put my wife into labor, due to a holiday coming up. We sure went elsewhere. 3 days later I came in to address the problem with Mr. Abrutz the administrator. Abrutz was nothing more than upset with me, such as that I was waisting his time. I would recommend birthing at home if no other options were available.
I have never been let down here, great care !
PS: the nurses we dealt with were great. They were also treated horrible in front of us by gjoni. I'll never forget what a horrible doctor & person he is.
Well trained E.R. nursing staff, clean, not very long waits. Doctors can be somewhat rude and condescending but knowledgeable. In patient care lacking because of being understaffed. Has easy to navigate corridors that are well marked.
