I have stopped here many times on trips to Iowa. I place has been clean, convenient, and reasonable good service for fast food.
This place had the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. There's a bunch of teenagers who work here and like to banter inappropriately with each other in front of customers and have their friends who are not employees hang around the front while they ignore their customers. I went with two other people and we all paid separately and the guy who finally checked us out after ignoring us for a good five minutes asked each one of us if we wanted the food for here or to go. He was distracted and more focused on his friends than his customers. They also screwed up one of our orders and we ended up paying for something we didn't want and we didn't bother trying to fix it because the staff seemed so incompetent.
Order was completely messed up, had to wait for them to make fresh. It was cold and nasty.
Great experience here! Manager went around & asked how everyone was doing & was extremely sincere. At the end we went up to get our kids mini frosties & he ended up giving them to us for free! Nice guy. Clean restaurant.
